The significance of FLN mission is to achieve universal access up to elementary level.It expects children to be able to read and learn.The objectives of FLN is achieved by the role of ECCE. Under ECCE children are ensured to learn alphabets, numeracy and many more Children are also given access to various equipments in the classroom.They are also familiar with good environment of learning.
