  1. Stakeholders may be defined as individuals, groups or organizations who have the potential to influence or who may be influenced by particular actions or aims. In our case, a stakeholder is anyone who is involved in the welfare and success of a school and its students, viz. school administrators, teachers, staff, students, parents, community members, etc.

    Stakeholder engagement is considered vital to the success and improvement of a school. As a school leader, I would take the following measures to engage with different stakeholders to adapt to the learning needs of children of 3-9 years of age:

    1. Determine the needs, interests and ideas of parents and educators about involvement and partnering through surveys or polls.

    2. Provide training to community stakeholders and parents to help them develop effective communications and partnering skills.

    3. Develop family-friendly policies and laws to encourage participation by diverse families.

  9. A leader of primary school or composite school need to build own competency in term of knowledge, skills and disposition on school leadership. This will give a brief understanding on how to lead a school to make fun success.   11. As a school leader it is very important to engage and involve with all relevant stakeholders for the progression of the students and school. For this to achieve, a school leader must first of all identify the stakeholders early and get the stakeholders talking to one another as early as possible. Seek to understand before understood and listen really carefully to all the inputs from the different stakeholders. It is an utmost important that a school leader lead with integrity in engagement with different stakeholders. Finally work with all the teams within the school and manage the expectation.

As a school leader I would first talk to different stakeholder asking their opinion or suggestion of what the input is required or suggestion for the benefit of the student...putting those into account I as a school leader with try my very best to meet the expectation and manage the school providing them with all the necessary facilities...
    And also provide training to community, stakeholders and parents to help them develop effective communication,understanding and also partnership skills.

  15. As a school leader it is important to have good relationship with stakeholders to promote education of students 3 to 9 years. This age groups have two support for their education ie teachers and parents. Following steps can follow for better education of age group 3 to 9 years.
    1. Meeting with stakeholders once in a month to discuss needs from both sides.
    2.proper collective training to stakeholders to understand present system in education.
    3.participation of stakeholders in making yearly planning for school curriculum.

  17. As a school leader,, l should be aware that children from 3-9 years included preschool children aswell. So Anganwadi's, parents and communities also plays an important role for the improvement of teaching - learning processes. Therefore, as per the childs condition and needs l would hold meeting with them and discus what is to be done for the teaching- learning processes.

    Steps to be followed are:
    1. Encourage communication between school leader, teacher leader, parents and families
    2. Share information about school programmes, functions and events organised by school
    3. Create space for active parent teacher meetings
    4. Conduct parent-family learning workshops
    5. Encourage parents to involve in school improvement meetings
    6. Develop networks to link all families with parent representatives

  27. As a school headmistress in charge I can engage with different stakeholders to adapt to the learning needs of children of 3-9 years of age in the following ways--
    First I invite the school management committee members, parents, guardians, some community members who are interested in children, staffs etc.
    Secondly, discussion about the importance of FLN mission which is a important policy of NEP 2020.
    *Learning outcomes by the age of 3-9 years of age.
    *To maintain good rapport with parents, children, teachers ,SMDC members and important community members .
    *To perform periodical meetings to communicate among all of the above mentioned.
    * Identification of the needs and the interest area that can be brought up of children.
    * Suggestion from the different stakeholders to fulfill the learning outcomes of 3-9 years children for their future smooth learning e,i, from learning to read to read to learn.

I would also provide professional development for school teachers on family and community engagement, as well as training for community stakeholders and parents on how to develop effective communication and partnering skills, all of which will contribute to the learning of children, particularly those aged 3 to 9.

As a school leader, we need to engage various stakeholder.The stakeholder include parent, members, social workers, community etc. Stakeholders of schools are the organisations or people involved in the the welfare and development of the school and the students.     We need to tell them about need and steps necessary for children group 3 to 9 years of age as depicted in FLN mission as per NEP 2020. The following steps can also help in building strong relation with the community as a whole:-

    1) Meeting with stakeholders once in a month to discuss about the needs for better teaching learning process of the children.
    2) Proper training to stakeholders to understand present system in education and changes involved.
    3) Participation of stakeholders in making yearly planning for school curriculum. Also need for timely assessment and reporting to the stakeholders.

Collaboration must be there among the school leaders , parents and even anganwadi stakeholders. There must be a socia-eco friendly environment for the students.

To engage with different stakeholders to adapt to the learning needs of children of 3-9 years of age would be to prepare self and teachers to adapt to new challenges emerging from its implementation. This will be a dynamic process. Adapting to the learning needs of children equips the children to deal with problems and challenges that are not clear-cut or cannot be solved only by children.

    In addition to this, FLN centres on children of a tender age and much of the challenge would emerge from adapting to the needs and time requirements of children and their families.

    A few characteristics to adapt learning needs of children are:
    »Creating trust
    »Carving space for creativity
    »Creating ‘workable solutions’ by engaging each children in the classroom.

A well-developed stakeholder communications plan is essential to engage and for building positive stakeholder relationships. to engage the different stakeholders we need to: group the stakeholders, clearly, communicate the project scope, gain stakeholders' trust, meet up with stakeholders who are resistant to change and use data management system to its full potential to summarise key informations.
